This is a hand painted reproduction from the popular anime Sailor Moon.

Due to age, there are some markings on the cel, but it is still in excellent condition and would make an excellent addition to any collector's collection or on a huge fan's wall.

There is some paper still attached to the back of the cel as a result of having come into contact with a sheet of paper.
